Usually on a longer-term between 2-5 years. Legally responsible for providing the rent to the landlord, on time each month.

During the agreed term, effectively they then manage your property for FREE! Maintenance, utilities, council tax and even a light refurbishment if required and completely hassle free. The longer-term agreement also helps by removing any tenancy void periods.
