No payment is taken at the time of booking. Online check-in link be sent which will be required to be complete no later than 5 days before arrival.

Full payment is due 5 days before 4:00pm on the arrival date.

Free cancellation up to 5 days before 4:00pm on the arrival date. After this time, the booking becomes non-refundable.

No-shows are charged in full.

Security Deposit

A £75 pre-authorised security deposit will be taken 3 days before arrival (or at booking if within 3 days).

This will only be charged if:

* Damage occurs

* House rules are breached

* Smoking is detected

* Excess cleaning is required

* Keys are lost

* Late check-out occurs without approval

Where costs exceed the deposit, the card used for booking may be charged for reasonable additional costs.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
